The transparent material is ideal for monitoring the cooking progress of your favorite dishes at all times. Please note, however, that our lid is not suitable for the oven or microwave because of its plastic knob.
Choosing borosilicate glass is above all a choice of quality. It is currently the most reliable material, withstanding temperatures from -40C to +300C, and resisting thermal shock up to 220C. Probably the best ally to have by your side in the kitchen, and even more so when time is short. What's more, this healthy BPA-free material is hygienic, as it retains neither stains nor odors.
